If you look closely in the lower right, you may be able to see the tail of what I believe is a javelina at the Aransas National Wildlife Refuge. It is the mascot of Texas A&M-Kinsgville. We saw another javelina in the burned field near the juvenile whooping crane but it was too far away for a clear picture.
