Taryn requested a crêpe cake for her birthday. I, of course, had to oblige. It was fun to make, but took a while to get the pan right for the crêpe cooking. As for smitten kitchen's comment "serves way more than 10," I'd have to say that 10 is about right. As you can see, the five people who were there polished off half no problem. Rave reviews all around.
